  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Exchanges:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact our customer support to arrange an exchange.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for refunds. We will clearly indicate such items on the product page.

• Shipping Costs:

​DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING

We aim to have all orders shipped within 3-5 working days. Please note at times of increased sales time scales can vary. All items delivered to UK are sent via signed for method. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND FEES

We ship from the UK so if you have placed an order and require international shipping there may be import charges to pay. The country you live in may or may not impose import duty or taxes on items shipped from abroad. This varies by country and is not something we have control over.
